2021 Reflection & Visioning Guide

2021 Reflection & Visioning Worksheet

The dawn of a New Year brings with it the hope of a personal renewal… new aliveness, new dreams and the possibility that we can be our best selves and really expand into our potential. But, by the words of psychiatrist and WWII concentration camp survivor Viktor Frankl, “What is to give light must endure burning.” In other words, in the continuous cycle of birth and death that is synonymous with change in our lives, in those moments our Light is tested by our Darkness. Have we practiced calming our nervous system so we can react more wisely (ie. be our Light) during this new challenge? Have we overindulged our fears or overstepped them rather than confront them to be Brighter this time?

Our hope is that this reflection worksheet will help you identify the areas where you are strong and growing… as well as the areas where you can recommit now to making a positive change. And with this, we hope you are blessed one thousand-fold for every act of grit, courage and self-compassion that you take. Enjoy!
